Experience and services
No two projects are alike. Each client comes to us with a different objective, a different political context and different deadlines, so we always start by understanding what they truly need.
From anticipation to impact
Our day-to-day work rests on constant political and regulatory monitoring, close coordination with the client and our role as an extension of their teams, supporting their strategy from the initial analysis onwards and sustained over time. In short, we help organisations to:
-Anticipate political and regulatory change
- Understand complex public policy environments
- Define public affairs and political communication strategies
- Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders
- Strengthen their institutional positioning
- Develop political communication narratives
- Mobilise coalitions and ecosystems
- Influence public debate
- Achieve public policy outcomes
- Protect and strengthen their reputation
Ultimately, we help organisations make a lasting impact.
Political intelligence. We follow political institutions and actors both online and offline. We monitor political messages and commitments, legislative procedures, parliamentary debates in the Assembleia da República, public statements and political positions, so that our clients are always fully informed about their environment.
Public policy analysis. We monitor and analyse both the wider political landscape and the detail of public policies and legislative proposals, and we identify the business risks and opportunities that may affect our clients in the short and long term. We prepare tailored intelligence reports with specific analysis and recommendations, which allow clients to assess the impact of each policy initiative and decide on next steps.
Stakeholder mapping and analysis. We identify our clients’ key stakeholders within the political and institutional landscape. We analyse their positioning, online and offline, as well as the most relevant issues to consider in any future engagement with them.
Political environment audits. We survey politicians and other relevant stakeholders to gauge their views on key issues and on the reputation of companies or industries. This allows us to measure current perceptions of specific topics or organisations.
